As we scale, we are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our outbound sales efforts and drive revenue growth
The Vice President of Sales will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing outbound sales team, developing strategic sales initiatives, and driving new business opportunities within the recruiting and staffing industry. This role requires a strong leader with deep expertise in outbound sales, business development, and consultative selling within the talent acquisition sector
Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Design and implement a scalable outbound sales strategy to drive lead generation, pipeline growth, and revenue expansion.
Build & Lead an Outbound Sales Team: Recruit, train, mentor, and manage a high-performing outbound sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
Sales Process Optimization: Establish and refine outbound sales processes, leveraging best practices, automation tools, and CRM systems to maximize efficiency.
Business Development & Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure new clients by targeting key decision-makers in HR, talent acquisition, and hiring teams across industries.
Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence: Revenue & Performance Management: Set and achieve aggressive sales targets, regularly analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed.
Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with executive leadership, marketing, and operations teams to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.
Client Relationship Management: Ensure strong customer relationships, providing high-level strategic insights and solutions to meet client hiring needs.
Technology & Tools: Utilize CRM software, sales automation tools, and data analytics to drive sales efficiency and improve decision-making.

Outbound Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in building and managing outbound sales teams with a focus on new client acquisition.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of recruiting, mentoring, and managing high-performing sales teams.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and execute data-driven sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Experience selling staffing and recruitment services to mid-market and enterprise clients.
Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), sales automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
