Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material. Maintain filing system. Determine and establish office procedures and routines. Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents. Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage. Perform basic bookkeeping tasks. Complete legal documentation. Draft legal correspondence. Prepare draft agendas for meetings and take, transcribe and distribute minutes. Qualifications & Experience Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years; Business administration and management, general; Accounting; Human resources management and services, other. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years, with experience in contracts, correspondence, invoices, reports, and records. Computer and Technology Knowledge MS Office QuickBooks Adobe Acrobat Reader Personal suitability Accurate Excellent oral communication Excellent written communication Organized Reliability Team player Who can apply?
