**The Role: Legal Contract Administrator**

**Purpose of** the Role**

As a Contract Administrator you will be responsible for establishing a contract management system that manages procurement and sales to address multiple suppliers and customers, using in-house developed standard forms as well as standard form agreements imposed by counterparties. You will work with in-house and outside Counsel, Project Managers, Senior Leaders, and other members of the Corporate Services team, as relevant.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- You have 5+ years of experience in contract administration.
- You have experience managing procurement or similar in-house process to deal with multiple stakeholders and establishing a contract management system.
- You bring comprehensive understanding of standard contractual terms including insurance, indemnities, Incoterms, etc.
- You have Ability to manage a high volume of work, including ability to multi-task and prioritize workload.

**Bonus Skills and **Qualifications**
- May have a legal background or equivalent experience in contract administration, negotiation and contract management.

**What Success looks like in this role**
- You will successfully create and administer a contract management system, including creating contracts, setting up templates, negotiating and revising agreements, inputting and organizing contract data, setting up workflows.
- You will manage procurement process to address multiple suppliers using our and their forms of agreements.
- You will support sales process addressing diverse customers through the rapid preparation of LOIs, MOUs and standard form agreements.
- You will be responsible for collection, organization, tracking, maintenance, and review (under supervision) of all company contracts (including customer agreements, master agreements, statements of work, partnership agreements, schedules and amendments/addenda), reviewing, interpreting and summarizing material contract terms (including legal, data security, privacy, finance and similar terms).
- You will collaborate with the Digital Business team with regards to the software tool and actively participate in cross-departmental process development and process improvement projects.
