This hybrid role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, is comfortable managing office operations, and can support executive leadership with administrative tasks. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities: Office Management: Oversee day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships. Act as the main point of contact for building management and facility‑related issues. Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, and team‑building activities. Assist with employee onboarding, seating arrangements, and maintaining office infrastructure. Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures. Administrative Support: Manage executive schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle email correspondence, draft communications, and prepare reports. Organize meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing sensitive information. Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Project Coordination: Assist with planning and execution of company‑wide projects and events. Prepare notes, compile data, and conduct research as needed. Track project timelines, deliverables, and budgets to ensure deadlines are met. Provide support on special initiatives and cross‑departmental collaborations. What are we looking for: Experience: Minimum of 3‑5 years of experience in office administration, executive support, or similar roles. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred. Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams across departments. Strong time‑management skills with attention to detail.
