The Role We’re looking for a proven Account Executive who can own a defined territory, crush their quota, and elevate how agencies think about workforce management. You’ll be running full-cycle SaaS sales, from outbound prospecting and discovery to demo, negotiation, and close. You’ll sell a product that changes how entire departments operate, and you’ll be backed by a collaborative team of sales engineers, marketers, and executives who have your back every step of the way. What You’ll Do Own your territory. Build and execute a proactive go-to-market plan targeting Police, Sheriff, Corrections, and other public-safety agencies. Create opportunity. Drive outbound campaigns, tradeshows, ABM plays, and smart prospecting to fill your funnel with quality leads. Command the conversation. Deliver dynamic product demos that make decision-makers want to act. Run tight deals. Build mutual action plans, handle complex procurement cycles, and close new logos with confidence and speed. Collaborate and win. Partner with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Implementation, and Exec leadership to deliver a seamless buying experience. Be the face of InTime. Represent us at industry events and conferences as a trusted advisor in workforce management innovation. What You Bring 5+ years of SaaS sales success, ideally selling into government or regulated industries. A track record of closing six-figure deals and managing complex sales cycles.Exceptional communication skills, you know how to earn trust from both IT and command staff (CIO, CTO, Chief of Police, etc.). A passion for purpose-driven work, you care about selling something that makes a real impact. Competitive drive, grit, and a “no excuses” attitude toward hitting quota.
