Your new role

The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Supporting Managers – Advise management and related staff on key HR related matters including probationary reviews, oversea sabbaticals/retention of services, L&D initiatives, etc.
  • Maintaining HR Data, Reporting and General Administration – Manage and ensure all database data in addition to employee and contractor files are up-to-date and accurate. Preparation of reports when required.
  • Project Work – Assist in HR related translation and language projects to ensure conformity and compliance with various countries and their official languages.
  • Onboarding/Offboarding – Create offers of employment, employment contracts and contract amendments as needed. Manage the complete onboarding process for new employees and process offboarding.
  • HR Policy - Create, modify and implement HR policies while evaluating their impact across the organization and employees.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or business-related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources Officer/Admin level role
  • Bilingualism
  • Analytical with great attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Les responsabilités sont détaillées :

  • Soutenir les gestionnaires — Conseiller les gestionnaires et le personnel concerné sur les questions clés liées aux ressources humaines, y compris les examens d'essai, les congés sabbatiques à l'étranger/le maintien des services, les initiatives en matière de développement durable, etc.
  • Gestion des données RH, rapports et administration générale — Gérer et veiller à ce que toutes les données de la base de données ainsi que les dossiers des employés et des contractants soient à jour et exacts. Préparation de rapports si nécessaire.
  • Travail de projet — Aider à la traduction et aux projets linguistiques liés aux RH afin d'assurer la conformité avec les différents pays et leurs langues officielles.
  • Embarquement/débarquement — Créer des offres d'emploi, des contrats de travail et des modifications de contrat selon les besoins. Gérer l'ensemble du processus d'intégration des nouveaux employés et procéder à leur départ.
  • Politique RH - Créer, modifier et mettre en œuvre des politiques RH tout en évaluant leur impact sur l'organisation et les employés.

Les qualifications demandées

  • Baccalauréat dans un domaine lié aux ressources humaines ou aux affaires.
  • 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste de responsable ou d'administrateur des ressources humaines
  • Bilinguisme
  • Esprit d'analyse et grand souci du détail
  • Solides compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles
