As a Co-Foreman, you will assist the Site Foreman in overseeing the construction and installation of high-quality fences at customer sites. You will ensure that projects are completed on-time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the day-to-day management and coordination of construction sitesSupervise and train a team of fencing installers to ensure quality workmanshipPlan, organize and direct site activities to ensure that construction schedules are metOversee the ordering of materials and equipment necessary for job completionCollaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation processMaintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followedInspect completed installations to ensure that they meet company standards and customer specificationsAssist the Site Foreman with any additional tasks as neededRequirements2+ years of experience in fence construction or a related fieldStrong leadership and supervisory skillsExcellent organizational and time-management skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and schematicsKnowledge of fencing materials, methods, and techniquesAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsMust have a valid driver's license and reliable transportationCompensationThis is a full-time position offering competitive compensation and benefits.
