**About the Role**
We’re looking for a highly skilled **Landscape Foreman** who’s ready to lead crews and bring premium landscape projects to life. This isn’t just a job—it’s an opportunity to take ownership of beautiful builds and grow with a company that values your experience, leadership, and dedication.

**What You’ll Bring to the Table**
- **5+ years of hands-on landscape construction experience**:

- Proven **leadership skills** with the ability to manage and motivate a small crew
- Confidence **reading blueprints and managing jobs from start to finish**:

- Excellent **problem-solving skills** and the ability to adapt on the fly
- Proficiency in **machine operation** and broad experience building patios, driveways, retaining walls, decks, fences, and installing low-voltage lighting
- Strong **communication skills**, both with clients and team members
- A valid **Full G driver’s license with a clean driving record** (DZ license is a strong asset)

Pay: $35.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 44 - 55 per week

Additional pay:

**Experience**:
