Standard Fencing Company, a leading provider of residential wood privacy and chainlink fencing services in Toronto and surrounding areas, is seeking a skilled Site Foreman to join our team. As a Site Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction and installation of high-quality fences at customer sites. You will ensure that projects are completed on-time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of construction sites
- Supervise and train a team of fencing installers to ensure quality workmanship
- Plan, organize and direct site activities to ensure that construction schedules are met
- Oversee the ordering of materials and equipment necessary for job completion
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise during the installation process
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, ensuring all safety protocols are followed
- Inspect completed installations to ensure that they meet company standards and customer specifications

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in fence construction or a related field
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of fencing materials, methods, and techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
