The Opportunity Deveraux Asset Management is seeking an Office Administrator and Accounts Payable to join our expanding team in Regina. Reporting to a divisional Controller, the successful candidate will provide front‑of‑office customer service and general administrative support for the Regina office (60% of the role) while providing accounts payable and other accounting support for multiple entities within the Deveraux Group of Companies (40% of the role). Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. A problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach and a dedication to continuous improvement. Proficient computer skills and a willingness to acquire new software proficiency as needed. Familiarity with QuickBooks Desktop would be an advantage. You will Welcome and assist visitors by providing information and ensuring a positive first impression. Answer and direct incoming calls, taking and relaying messages. Provide general administrative support for the Regina office, including but not limited to: Ordering office supplies and equipment. Managing office space and general facility needs. Coordinating couriers for internal and external shipments. Tracking and maintaining asset and equipment records. Coordinating logistics for internal team events and Regina‑based events. Processing senior management employee expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Organize vehicle registrations, driver abstracts and commercial auto policy renewals. Process accounts payable transactions, including receiving, verifying and accurately processing invoices and payments in compliance with Deveraux's policies and procedures. Prepare and process EFTs, wires, bank transfers and cheque runs. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date vendor records, including setting up new vendors and verifying payment details. Reconcile VISA transactions and statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Assist with other accounting responsibilities as assigned. Act as backup and support for other accounting team members as needed. Collaborate with other accounting team members to improve processes and streamline workflows. Additional information You must be legally eligible to work in Canada (e.g., be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada, or possess a valid work permit) and provide a satisfactory Criminal Background Check.
