PositionProperty Manager CompanyAkelius Residential Property AB Job SummaryWe are seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of multi‑family apartment buildings. The Property Manager will be directly responsible for effectively managing these buildings while maintaining excellent relationships with residents and staff, and delivering extraordinary experiences of home and community. ResponsibilitiesAddress tenant concerns in a timely and professional mannerPerform regular property and unit inspections, addressing deficiencies promptlyIssue legal forms and notices, and represent the property at Landlord and Tenant Board hearingsMaintain positive and professional relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholdersOrganize move‑in/out inspectionsNegotiate and manage service contractsHire and manage maintenance technicians and onsite personnelContribute to the overall development of processes and procedures in the Property Management departmentRespond to emergencies after hours and on weekends, as required by business needsPerform other duties as assigned QualificationsBachelor’s degree required; degree focus in Business Administration, Real Estate, Accounting, or related field preferredThree or more years of experience as a residential property managerSuperior organizational, interpersonal, and communication skillsResourceful, confident decision‑maker with high attention to detailExcellent working knowledge of the RTA and landlord/tenant relationshipsStrong understanding of building systemsProven ability to lead a team of maintenance technicians and onsite staffAbility to maintain focus in a constantly changing environmentStrong command of the English languageAbility to respond to daytime and after‑hour emergenciesProficient use of MS Office and Yardi Voyager application softwareProperty Management certifications considered an assetSeniority level: Mid‑SeniorEmployment type: Full‑time How to ApplyApply with a copy of your resume.
