Air Canada Rouge, Air Canada’s leisure airline, is seeking a motivated Rouge Crew Productivity Specialist to join our team at our Mississauga base.
**Rouge Crew Productivity Specialist**
**Location**: Mississauga, ON
Reporting to the General Manager, Rouge Crew Bases, the Rouge Crew Productivity Specialist is responsible for overseeing attendance management across both bases. This position is responsible for day to day management of the attendance system in both YUL and YYZ. This position will act as a support system for Rouge Crew and will also work to reduce absenteeism. This position will ensure attendance related matters are handled with care and consistency.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for managing attendance of all Rouge crew by tracking and identifying any patterns of absenteeism.
- Monitor daily book-on and off reports, input data into spreadsheets and request medical substantiation as needed
- Provide coaching and guidance regarding overall attendance, maintaining wellness, use of sick time, and medical substantiation. Act as a resource for Rouge Crew.
- Follow-up on Crew Scheduling Incident Reports related to irregular book-offs
- Liaise with team members to implement effective policies, procedures and campaigns to reduce absenteeism and maintain Rouge Crew wellness and productivity
- Liaise with Occupational Health Service to determine Return to Work plan for Rouge Crew - support crew during the RTW process, assist in inquiries, scheduling, and division of responsibilities within the R Rooms
**Skills/Qualifications**:
- You are self-motivated and willing to work independently as well as part of a team
- You are constantly innovating and driving positive change
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks and complete assignments with tight deadlines and great attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel)
- Ability to effectively coach and develop others to become more successful in their roles
