Review audit, review, and compilation engagements in accordance with professional and firm standards. Lead multiple engagements simultaneously, managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables. Support partners in developing and executing business plans and engagement budgets. Guide, mentor, and train team members at all levels, fostering technical excellence and career development. Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and government agencies to ensure seamless service delivery. Identify opportunities for process improvement and client value creation. Participate in firm‑wide initiatives such as recruitment, performance reviews, and staff training. Contribute to marketing and business development efforts that support the firm’s continued growth and success. What You’ll Bring to the Table Approximately 5 years of experience in a public accounting setting. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a client‑service mindset. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail. Technical proficiency with common accounting software packages. Strategic thinking and initiative, with the ability to identify and address client and team needs proactively. Experience mentoring and managing junior staff.
