We are a team of Development Managers, Affiliate Managers, and Account Managers helping grow our client’s revenue, expand their portfolios, and extend their market reach. As mobile pioneers we are first to market in regions such as Europe, Latin America, Asia and North America for emerging markets and new product releases. As an Amsterdam based company with international offices located in Markham, Guangzhou, Tel Aviv, San Francisco and New York, we service our global partners around the clock. We are currently looking to expand our team in our Markham office. Account Manager – Job Description Execution of Insertion Orders and legal documents – work with our legal and sales team to draft and create IOs Setting up new offers into our in-house tracking platform – gather offer assets, creatives and information from clients and upload the necessary details, ensuring proper tracking Increase revenue and customers by prospecting new accounts, maintaining and strengthening relationships with current accounts, and motivating inactive accounts to begin marketing campaigns React quickly and coordinate with appropriate teams when an issue occurs with an account or specific campaign Establish payouts competitive with the market in relation to the volume the accounts can produce Provide excellent account support through phone, email and instant messaging Develop marketing messages, static pages, and work with in-house web designers to prepare ad creatives Optimize campaigns, adjust landing pages, advise on how offers can maximize revenue, and collaborate with the client and internal teams to implement changes Use Microsoft Office programs to generate account and revenue reports and related documents Compile statistics and recommend campaigns for each account Bill clients on a weekly, semi-weekly or monthly basis – track and record all sales, credits and chargebacks Coordinate with accounting and finance on a regular basis for all accounts Follow up on payments, ensure timely payments and take action on overdue accounts Qualifications And Experience Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and meet daily deadlines Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment Data-driven with strong analytical and reporting skills Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to adapt and stay up to date with current marketing trends One to two years of account management experience Experience in affiliate marketing or campaign management preferred Knowledge of media, advertising, marketing, and/or digital buying, planning and strategy is a plus Location Markham, ON Employment type Full-time Seniority level Entry level Job function Sales and Business Development Industries Advertising Services Yep Ads B.V. is proud to be a diverse and equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origins, age, sexual orientation, disability or any other characteristic protected by applicable laws.
