The Manager, Learning & Performance is responsible for implementing an outcome-focused approach to organizational learning. The Manager works with the Senior Director, Learning and Performance and collaborates with a team of learning professionals to align learning solutions to business strategy, assess learning gaps and estimate value, manage Docebo – our Learning Management System and measure the impact of learning on business results. The Manager’s planning, oversight, and execution of digital learning programs and initiatives strengthen the competitive offering for Ensemble’s travel advisor membership and supports capability development, compliance and performance with our employees.

Job Description

  • Support the development of Ensemble’s Member and Employee learning strategy
  • Manage all stages of the learning lifecycle including needs assessment, curriculum design, instructional design, content development, delivery, measurement, and maintenance
  • Working with the Senior Director, Learning and Performance complete performance needs assessments to identify gaps between current performance and desired results to identify opportunities to develop learning solutions
  • Complete learning needs analysis to assess the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary for effective performance, documenting desired learning outcomes
  • Manage Docebo LMS to optimize the learner experience, leveraging gamification and customization to drive adoption and engagement
  • Support expanded learning team members across the organization to maximize LMS adoption for their respective lines of business
  • Working with the Senior Director, Learning and Performance, build learner reporting dashboards that align with Ensemble’s strategic priorities and demonstrate ROI
  • Integrate AI technologies to personalize learning experiences and optimize content delivery
  • Implement e-Currency on Docebo to monetize selected learning and certification programs
  • Contribute to Ensemble’s communication plans with compelling data to illustrate learner engagement
  • Develop an evaluation plan, instruments, and reporting method to assess outcomes, calculate metrics, communicating results, and leveraging insights to improve the solution

Qualifications:

  • Degree or certification in Adult Education, Corporate Learning and Development, or equivalent experience with the ADDIE model (or similar)
  • 3 years of experience overseeing a Learning Management System (Docebo experience an asset)
  • 5 years of experience in the design and facilitation of workshops supporting multiple levels of an organization
  • Demonstrated proficiency in instructional design software including Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Camtasia
  • Experience managing and implementing learning programs
  • Strong understanding of Adult Learning principles and theories and their practical application
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships within a diverse organization
