We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Performance Marketing Manager to join the Marketing team at HiMama. As the Performance Marketing Manager, you will oversee all paid ad channels and be responsible for analyzing data to pull insights and inform decisions across both paid and organic acquisition channels.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will be a mix of hands-on execution and high-level strategic planning. You will be creating, executing, and managing paid acquisition campaigns, monitoring performance, analyzing data to optimize programs, and ultimately guide the investment in paid ads to benchmark targets tying back to LTV:CAC.
This will be a highly visible role on the Marketing team, with your main stakeholders being Sales, Revenue Operations, and Finance. To be successful in this role you’ll need to be an analytical thinker with a growth mindset with a passion for testing, hacking, and learning from the tests you’ll be owning.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Manage 6-figure annual paid budget across all performance marketing channels including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display
- Maintain and monitor key metrics across channels including but not limited to: budget pacing, inbound volume, ROAS, ARR, LTV, and CAC
- Deliver detailed and actionable insights and strategic recommendations, allowing the marketing team to clearly understand what tactics and strategies are driving performance throughout the paid acquisition funnel
- Manage budget and forecasting, including analysis and detailed metrics between spend and performance, providing recommendations on how to best capture ROI
- Manage all website conversion optimization metrics, including running hypothesis-based tests to ultimately improve conversion rates across our web properties
- Manage an experimentation roadmap to optimize performance, reporting on learnings with the team
- Optimization testing for relevant web properties being used for ad programs
**What We're Looking For**:
- 4+ years in-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Google Ads, Bing, and Facebook ads manager
- Deep understanding of data or data modeling and ability to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders
- Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and how to best operationalize
- Previous experience owning and managing 6-figure paid ads programs
- Previous experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels
- Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on LTV:CAC, ROAS, etc.
- Passionate about getting into the weeds with execution, experimentation, optimization, and testing
