What you’ll do:
  1. Manage and grow the engineering team, providing technical vision and long-term roadmap.
  2. Understand the conversion data and improve the ads conversion prediction models by improving label quality and volume, as well as building innovative modeling solutions.
  3. Effectively collaborate and partner with several cross functional teams to improve model performance/efficiency.
  4. Mentor and grow ML engineers to allow them to become experts in modeling/conversion prediction.
What we’re looking for:

M.S./ PhD degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics or equivalent experience.
6+ years of industry experience building production machine learning systems at scale, data mining, search, recommendations, natural language processing and/or computer vision.
1-2 years of experience leading projects/teams either as Tech Lead Manager or Engineering Manager.
Cross-functional collaborator and strong communicator.
Strong mathematical skills with knowledge of statistical methods.
Background in computational advertising is preferred.
