The showroom manager is responsible for the customer experience, financial performance, staff organization and support, and the physical appearance and operations of the showroom. You will lead from the front, engaging customers and staff, and setting the tone of the showroom. Responsibilities Financial Performance – 50% of your role: actively work on the sales floor interacting with customers and employees to achieve store sales goals, maintain metrics on customer feedback to improve product lineup, participate in budgeting and financial review meetings. High Performance Staff – 25% of your role: organize, implement, and validate staff training in sales, merchandising, daily task list, Shopify POS, Odoo ERP, stocking and restocking, and product knowledge. Validate training through role‑playing, secret shop reviews, and direct observation. Store Merchandising and Operations – 15% of your role: contribute to the company’s marketing plan, participate in store merchandising to ensure a professional and inviting shopping experience, manage store supplies, ordering/purchasing, and accurate inventory tracking in Shopify. Human Resources – 10% of your role: participate in all facets of human resources and staffing, including interviewing, new‑hire paperwork, scheduling, and discipline. Miscellaneous Duties: perform other duties as prescribed by senior management as needed. Qualifications Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent. Minimum 2 years retail management experience. Solid command of English, both spoken and written. Basic computer skills and aptitude to learn quickly. Enjoy riding electric bikes and a passion for outdoor activities.
