Our clinic values professionalism, empathy, and operational excellence. We are seeking a Medical Clinic Manager to provide leadership and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring efficiency and patient satisfaction Develop and implement clinic policies, procedures, and workflows Oversee preparation of reports Supervise administrative and clinical support staff Coordinate scheduling, coverage, and performance reviews Foster a positive, collaborative work environment Collaborate with physicians to reconcile their billings Oversee staff document and manage invoicing and payment processes Resolve patient concerns with professionalism and empathy Collaborate with physicians to align operational goals with clinical excellence Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in a management position (family physician clinic setting preferred) Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Ability to balance operational efficiency with patient-centered care Proficiency in Accuro EMR, and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of healthcare regulations and clinic operations an asset Experience requirements: Management: 5 years (required) Family Physician Clinic Management: 5 years (preferred) Accuro EMR: 1 year (required) Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00-$30.00 per hour Work Location Location: Calgary, AB Work location: On site Salary: $17.00 to $30.00 per hour Terms of employment: Part time Starts as soon as possible Vacancies: 1 vacancy Source: indeed.com #9952255551 View the full job posting on indeed.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
