This standalone role responsible for day-to-day HR administration, recruitment, employee relations, and HR compliance for corporate functions.Key ResponsibilitiesResponsible for providing support to the Human Resource Business Partners in their day-to-day delivery of HR programs, services, and support to all corporate business units and functions across Canada.Lead the recruitment process for all corporate employees across Canada leveraging the HRIS system.Ceridian/ADP HRIS: Back-up for the data-entry of all employees into Ceridian/ADP.Data-enter and maintaining employee files.Onboarding and offboarding of employees.Collaborate in the delivery of HR programs and initiatives.HR Policies and Program research and rollout.Assisting in responding to general employee concerns and requests, ensuring appropriate follow-up and responsiveness.Maintains current knowledge of HR best practices.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or equivalent.Minimum 5 years of Human Resources experience in manufacturing, food/beverage, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environments preferred.Passionate about Human Resources.Strong verbal and written communication skill with strong interpersonal skills.Results driven, high performing, collaborative, shows initiative, proactive.Advanced Microsoft Suite, HRIS systems skills.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.Ability to work independently and within a team environment.Flexibility to adapt work schedule as required.Sense of responsibility and organization.Trustworthy, dependable and discreet.Detail oriented, accurate, organized, and flexible.Self-Starter with strong ethical standards.Creative problem solving, solution focused.Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
