Application Information We are recruiting a permanent, full‑time Manager of Finance and Payroll. As a member of our leadership team, you report to the Executive Director. You are responsible for the provision of financial and accounting systems to ensure effective asset control, budgetary planning, expenditures and revenue control, and timely reporting. The Manager also supports payroll and benefits administration and works closely with the Payroll and Benefits Associate. Responsibilities Maintaining an efficient and effective financial reporting system for both the Home and its registered charitable foundation Creating, analysing, interpreting, and reviewing financial and management information for internal and external reporting purposes Analyzing and reconciling banking, financial and accounting information Overseeing the administration of our payroll and benefits Preparing monthly and quarterly financial reporting Supporting the annual independent audit Assisting with the preparation of our annual operating and capital budgets Developing and implementing changes to the internal business practices Ensuring adherence to financial and payroll policies Overseeing accounts payable and receivable and ensuring timely payment and collection Qualifications A proven respect for diversity Excellent people skills and a proven leader An advanced accounting competency achieved through a commerce or accounting diploma and a minimum of 24 months experience providing financial and accounting oversight and management to a mid‑sized company Experience with finance, accounting, and/or payroll and benefits within the Saskatchewan health care system a definite asset. Above‑average computer fluency (advanced excel, etc) and an ease with multiple technologies Exceptional organization and time management skills Strong communication skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
