Responsibilities- Support operational processes across all areas of HR, including Total Reward programs, employee benefits, employee leaves, pension, compensation, position management, recruitment, and various other employee programs.
- Contribute to HR-specific projects as needed to enhance the overall employee experience.
- Provide essential support to maximize efficiency, productivity, and service within Human Resources.

Duties- Report to the Manager, HR Operations.
- Provide administrative support in the annual Salary Administration process.
- Support the Compensation Specialist in completing third-party surveys.
- Maintain an ongoing inventory of job families and roles.
- Collaborate with the Compensation Specialist on Job Profiles for all roles.
- Provide support and education on benefit and pension queries.
- Actively participate in the Benefits Open enrollment process.
- Support the Benefits and Pension Advisor with various tasks.
- Ensure strict adherence to critical deadlines for HR processes and projects.
- Generate and maintain employee letters, documentation, and reports.
- Participate in various Human Resources projects.
You have a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in Human Resources. Bonus points if you have a CPHR, SHRM, CCP or CEBS designation. Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Total Rewards, benefits, and pension administration. Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication skills, initiative, and proficiency in MS Office applications.
