You will apply your leadership skills to develop, implement and coordinate program and policy solutions that support the Ministry's strategic goals and objectives.You will be primarily responsible for:Providing strategic advice to executive management.Providing leadership in research, development, implementation and coordination of policies, legislation and regulations to support effective program design and delivery.Building, strengthening and sustaining collaborative working relationships and partnerships.You will be able to work independently and collaboratively to design agriculture programs that support the sector in Saskatchewan. You will lead efforts to develop internal program policies, procedures, and communication and training materials.This position requires knowledge typically obtained through a Master’s degree in agricultural economics, economics, public administration or related fields, and directly related policy experience or a combination of education and experience.Knowledge and experience of agricultural sector will be considered an asset. #J-18808-Ljbffr
