Thisrole is ideal for experienced professionals with a track record of diagnosing business challenges, shaping strategic solutions, and enabling measurable transformation.As an independent consultant, you will operate autonomously or within a consulting team, working directly with client stakeholders to uncover insights, deliver actionable recommendations, and facilitate execution.Key Responsibilities1. Strategic Analysis & Business Diagnostics·Conduct operational and market assessments to identify business challenges and strategic opportunities. Use frameworks (SWOT, PESTLE, etc.) to inform decision-making.2. Stakeholder Engagement & Facilitation·Engage with cross-functional teams and executives to gather requirements, align priorities, and lead collaborative workshops.3. Business Requirements & Documentation·Translate business needs into clear requirements, user stories, and specifications, ensuring alignment from strategy to execution.4. Process Improvement & Solution Design·Analyze current-state processes and design future-state models to improve efficiency, eliminate waste, and enable automation.·Help define KPIs and performance metrics to track impact and ROI of implemented changes.5. Project Support & Change Enablement·Support implementation through planning, risk assessment, and stakeholder readiness. Contribute to communications and change adoption strategies.6.
