You’ll work in an Agile environment to deliver value to internal stakeholders throughout FCC, collaborating with business partners on new feature requests and product improvements that enable our workforce in their day‑to‑day tasks. You’ll also provide mentorship and guidance to other product analysts and help influence our ServiceNow strategy. If you enjoy analyzing problems, creating requirements and building partnerships, this could be a great role for you What You’ll Do Document and execute user story acceptance tests Provide user story and solution support to team members Support investigation, analysis, and response to incidents Facilitate problem and solution negotiations with business stakeholders and IT team Ensure high quality of development and solution before product increment release What We’re Looking For Informal leader and mentor for team members Problem‑solver with strong facilitation and analytical skills who can manage multiple priorities Self‑starter with intellectual curiosity and perseverance Confident communicator adept at facilitation and comfortable building partnerships with key stakeholders Team player who embraces change and strives to improve and innovate processes Eye for detail and a passion for building great products What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in finance, marketing or commerce and at least four years of experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) You belong here At FCC, we’re committed to creating an inclusive, equitable and accessible workplace – one that reflects the communities where we live, work and play.
