Here's what we're looking for


We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping our organization’s success. Your role will involve optimizing our new employee onboarding program, planning and overseeing integration training, continuous learning, and career development initiatives.


Additionally, you will identify training needs, collaborate closely with managers, and create high-potential employee development programs. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide valuable guidance to managers on training and employee engagement, cultivating a motivated and high-performing team.


Your daily responsibilities


  • Handle routine employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits while ensuring timely and accurate delivery of HR services, including onboarding, offboarding, terminations, contract administration, and employee data management in HRIS.
  • Develop and implement various initiatives and tools as part of an organizational development by improving efficiency.
  • Review, enhance, draft, and develop relevant HR programs, policies, and procedures in line with the current and future needs of the organization.
  • Consult with the management team to develop compensation plans, including career progression and ensuring employees are equitably paid through market and equity salary adjustments.
  • Define, implement, and monitor key performance indicators aligned with business needs.
  • Be an expert in the use and maintenance of the HRIS;
  • Manage employee performance review cycles and ensure timely completion.
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications, such as policy updates, company news, and employee announcements.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and implemented while maintaining compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Work closely with management to address employee relations issues, support conflict resolution, mediate disputes, and provide guidance throughout the process.
  • Stay informed by analyzing market trends and best practices to guide practices, processes, programs, and tools, with a focus on continuous improvement.


Your skills and experience


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field;
  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience;
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Team player, relationship builder and collaborator;
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management;
  • Good knowledge of Quebec Labour Laws;
  • Experience with HRIS systems;
  • CHRP or CRHA designation is preferred.

Nous recherchons un(e) RH Généraliste dynamique pour rejoindre notre équipe et jouer un rôle clé dans le succès de notre organisation. En tant que RH Généraliste, vous développerez et mettrez en œuvre des stratégies, politiques et programmes RH innovants, alignés sur les objectifs de notre organisation. Votre rôle consistera à optimiser notre programme d'intégration des nouveaux employés, à planifier et superviser les formations d'intégration, les initiatives d'apprentissage continu et le développement de carrière.


De plus, vous identifierez les besoins en formation, collaborerez étroitement avec les managers et créerez des programmes de développement pour les employés à haut potentiel. En agissant comme un conseiller de confiance, vous fournirez des orientations précieuses aux managers sur la formation et l'engagement des employés, favorisant ainsi une équipe motivée et performante.


Ton quotidien


  • Assurer la gestion quotidienne des demandes des employés relatives aux politiques RH et aux avantages sociaux. Les responsabilités incluront l'ensemble des processus RH tels que l'intégration, le départ des employés, les licenciements, la gestion contractuelle et la gestion des données des employés au sein du système d'information des ressources humaines (HRIS);
  • Développer et mettre en œuvre diverses initiatives et outils dans le cadre du développement organisationnel;
  • Réviser, améliorer, rédiger et développer les programmes, politiques et procédures RH pertinents en fonction des besoins actuels et futurs de l'organisation;
  • Collaborer étroitement avec la direction pour concevoir des plans de rémunération et de progression de carrière, en s'assurant que la rémunération des employés reste équitable grâce à des ajustements basés sur les normes du marché et des critères d'équité;
  • Définir, implémenter et assurer le suivi rigoureux des indicateurs de performance clés (KPI);
  • Devenir l’expert dans l'utilisation et l'entretien du système d'information des ressources humaines (HRIS);
  • Gérer efficacement les cycles d'évaluation de la performance des employés en veillant à respecter scrupuleusement les délais prévus;
  • Préparer et distribuer des communications RH, telles que les mises à jour des politiques, les nouvelles de l'entreprise et les annonces aux employés;
  • Communiquer clairement les politiques et procédures RH, tout en veillant à respecter les lois et réglementations du travail;
  • Travailler étroitement avec la direction pour gérer les relations avec les employés, résoudre les conflits et offrir des conseils tout au long du processus;
  • Rester informés des innovations en ressources humaines, en intégrant les dernières tendances et meilleures pratiques pour affiner et orienter efficacement nos stratégies.


Le bagage requis


  • Vous êtes titulaire d'un baccalauréat en en ressources humaines ou dans un domaine connexe;
  • Vous possédez un minimum de 3 ans d'expérience en ressources humaines;
  • Vous êtes une personne organisée, possédant de solides compétences en communication, capable d'établir et de créer des relations de confiance;
  • Vous possédez d'excellentes capacités analytiques et de résolution de problèmes;
  • Travailler en équipe vous est naturel, et vous excellez à rassembler les gens et les idées;
  • Vous avez de solides connaissances des lois du travail du Québec et une expérience avec les systèmes d'information sur les ressources humaines (HRIS);
  • La détention d’une certification CRHA ou CRIA serait un atout.
