Our NetSuite administrator is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our NetSuite ERP system, ensuring smooth workflow by customizing user roles, creating dashboards, managing system access, troubleshooting issues, and adapting the platform to align with GFD's business processes.Your typical day:Oversee the day-to-day administration and maintenance of the NetSuite system, ensuring optimal performance and data integrityDevelop and maintain custom objects, scripts, and workflows to automate tasks, improve efficiency, and streamline operationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement system enhancements, and optimize business processesWhat You bring to the role:● 5 years of proven experience as a NetSuite Administrator or a NetSuite Consultant with exposure to the finance/banking industryDesired certifications and technical requirements:NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification, an assetNetSuite Application Developer Certification, an assetProficiency in ExcelPMP Certification, an assetThe interview process includes:30-minute Introductory video call via MS Teams with Human Resources45-minute video call with the team45-minute in-person interview at the GFD office (2844 Bristol Circle, Oakville) with Reporting Manager, HR, and CTOAdditional requirements:Reference and Criminal Background CheckSeniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionAccounting/Auditing and FinanceIndustriesInvestment Management #J-18808-Ljbffr
