As a Solutions Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the adoption and utilization services among a diverse partner base. You will collaborate closely with sales, product, development and marketing teams to understand partner requirements, demonstrate the value of the solutions, and ensure seamless integration and deployment. Your expertise will be crucial in building out pre- and post-sales support processes to enhance partner satisfaction and drive revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:

● Support the Sales Team with deep product expertise, answering RFPs when required, conducting in-depth POCs and product demonstrations.

● Identifying patterns in customer interactions that can be used to create new content, influence the product development and reinforce the marketing team’s message.

● Be the point of contact in the business for prospects who have technical and product questions as they develop to becoming a client.

● Collaborate closely with partners and technical stakeholders throughout the pre/post-sales process to ensure successful project outcomes.

● Use your business acumen and deep understanding of the company's products to recommend tailored solutions that effectively address specific needs.

● Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams such as engineering, product, sales, marketing, and operations to facilitate seamless product communication and engage partners effectively.

● Develop an extensive technical knowledge of products, including their strengths, limitations, value propositions, and cost drivers, and provide expert guidance to both partners and internal teams.

● Ensure the smooth integration of new features and technologies into existing systems by working closely with product and engineering teams.

● Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously enhance solutions and offerings.

● Conduct compelling presentations and demonstrations of proposed solutions to clients and stakeholders, showcasing the value and capabilities of the products.

● Gather and document user requirements, project scope, and necessary technologies for each integration, ensuring clarity and alignment throughout the process.


Required Superpowers:

● 3- 5 years of proven experience as a Solution Consultant or 3-5 years in Procurement, Heavy Industry, Consulting, Contractor Management etc.

● Strong understanding of software development, system architecture, and integration principles.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

● Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

● Creative problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.

● Experience in a Pre-Sales role ideally within a SaaS environment, assisting in driving sales in key accounts.

● A pragmatic approach to building relationships with customers by simplifying complex topics while always relaying the business value of the technical solution.

● A love for great customer service and goal-oriented relationship building.

● Outstanding communication and presentation skills.

● Highly motivated, flexible and adaptable nature.

● A willingness to travel on occasion to meet clients and attend trade events.
