The consultant will work autonomously with clients, influencing project outcomes through comprehensive knowledge in multiple skill areas. This role is ideal for someone who has established themselves as a proactive leader and enjoys mentoring others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver consulting services to clients, guiding them on how Dayforce can enhance their HR service delivery.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer to the Ceridian Implementation team.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on strategic implementations, contributing to projects of varying sizes and complexities.
  • Lead project meetings, providing updates on consulting activities and deliverables.
  • Conduct peer reviews and quality assurance activities for internal projects.
  • Guide organizational readiness best practices and assist in the rollout of Ceridian solutions.
  • Build credibility and rapport with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including executives.
  • Manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously while maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Contribute to internal consulting initiatives, documenting solutions and best practices.
  • Engage in continuous education and knowledge sharing, leading best practice sessions.
  • Support the sales process through solution reviews and scoping assistance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; advanced degrees are a plus.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HCM consulting with a software provider or consultancy.
  • Experience in HCM implementation or relevant application consulting for at least 2 years.
  • Proficient in business process mapping and technology enablement.
  • Expertise in HR operations and SaaS implementation.
  • Strong understanding of Dayforce and its interdependencies across modules.
  • Exceptional customer relationship skills and business acumen.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel to client sites as necessary.
