What We're Seeking:
We are in search of an IT Solutions Consultant to become a vital part of our team.

The IT Solutions Consultant will work in close collaboration with the sales team and our clients to comprehend their business needs and IT landscapes, crafting, validating, and presenting tailored solutions to our clientele, primarily within the SMB and Mid-Market sectors.

The ideal candidate will possess a profound understanding of IT solutions, a client-centric approach, and the capability to translate technical features into tangible benefits for our customers.

Additionally, they will be adept at constructing detailed statements of work and implementation strategies, aligning the Implementation Teams to ensure successful delivery of the solutions.

The IT Solutions Consultant will also engage with and lend expertise to our Technical Teams to support ongoing customer projects.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Solution Development:
Collaborate closely with clients, our Sales Team, and our Technical Teams to identify client requirements and devise customized solutions.

Sales Team Collaboration:
Work alongside the Sales Team to strategize on deal-closing approaches, providing technical insights and assisting in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other customer inquiries that necessitate detailed technical knowledge.

Technical Presentations and Proposal Creation:
Deliver persuasive presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to current and prospective clients, effectively conveying the value and advantages of our products and services, including technical specifications, scope of work, and cost estimates when applicable.

Comprehensive Project Planning and Coordination:
Develop thorough Statements of Work (SOWs) and project plans, then align and coordinate with the Implementation Teams to ensure successful execution of the solutions.

Documentation and Client Feedback:

Prepare and maintain documentation for proposed solutions, ensuring clear communication of technical aspects, and gather feedback from clients to inform product development and service enhancements.


Support to Fencecore's Technical Teams:
Provide expertise to the Technical Team by assisting in problem-solving and developing solutions for existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and service quality.

Market and Technology Analysis:
Remain informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitors' offerings to ensure Fencecore's solutions stay competitive and innovative.

Technical Training:
Deliver training to the Sales Team on solutions, features, and benefits to facilitate effective solution selling.

Who You Are:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, virtualization, cloud services, and hosting solutions.

Proficiency in designing and implementing IT solutions with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a Technical Sales and/or Pre-Sales role, demonstrating a history of designing, presenting, and implementing solutions that fulfill customer needs.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills (English, French), with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.

Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in conducting technical assessments.
Deep understanding of the technology landscape and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Functional knowledge of ConnectWise is a significant advantage.
Experience working with SMB and Mid-Market clients.
