Key Responsibilities- Design and implement comprehensive product and technology solutions through consulting, training, and project execution.
- Engage with clients utilizing a diverse range of interpersonal, product, and technical skills.
- Manage technical tasks including discovery, product/technology/workflow definition, implementation, training, and deployment of solutions.
- Participate in sales presentations and deliver follow-up product and technical demonstrations as required.
- Identify additional opportunities for products and services through client interactions, with performance metrics based on utilization and client satisfaction.
- Conduct meetings and presentations with clients, ensuring training and implementation align with their business requirements.
- A background in bookkeeping or accounting is advantageous.
- Experience with financial applications such as Dext or similar platforms is preferred.
- Exceptional presentation skills, capable of addressing audiences of up to 100 individuals.
- Strong interpersonal abilities.
- A client-centric approach.
- A proven history of successful client engagement.
- Willingness to travel within Canada as needed.
- This is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.
