Are you ready to rock your career by joining a growing company, a team of music enthusiasts in a stimulating and fun work environment?Our Finance team is currently looking for an Accounting TechnicianYour day-to-dayIn charge of bank reconciliationsIn charge of all customers’ payments applicationsReview and monitor customers portal (disputes, refunds, etc)Customers collectionPrepare and maintain the following month-end backups, such as accruals, prepaids, fixed asset and amortization schedules, intangible asset and amortization schedules, etc.Prepare Sales Tax declarationsAssist the Assistant-controller with various month-end reports such as: cost analysis, A/R analysis, reports for management, etc.Prepare interim and year-end documents for the external auditorsPerform ad hoc assignments as requiredYour QualificationsDEC in AccountingMinimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar positionProficient in Microsoft ExcelExperience using an accounting ERP software (Netsuite and/or D365 F&O is an asset)Bilingual (Fluent in English is a must)Nice-to-havesBeing autonomous, dynamic and resourcefulWorking under pressure and meeting tight deadlinesOrganization and time managementBeing detail-orientedTeamworkLife at StingrayA cool office in Montreal & a hybrid work policyShare purchase plan (with a contribution from Stingray)Access to virtual healthcareStingray café with breakfasts and snacks offered every dayFree fitness classes offered weeklyAccess to private nutrition & wellness advisingFree language classesSummer hoursMilestones celebrated with our loyalty program5@7 and vibrant social eventsAnd much moreMontreal-based Stingray Group is a leading music, media and technology company with over 1,200 employees worldwide.
