The person will ensure the accurate handling of daily accounting operations, contribute to the reliability of financial data, and be involved in key processes such as month-end closings, budget forecasting, and year-end audits.This is a part-time position, requiring 20 to 25 hours per week.The Accounting Technician will be responsible for:Actively participating in month-end closings and the preparation of financial reports (balance sheet, P&L, internal reports, etc.)Preparing, reviewing, and updating accounting documents throughout the full accounting cycle, including accounts receivable and payable, banking transactions, and monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting activitiesPerforming bank reconciliationsEntering and validating data between procurement and accounting systemsPreparing direct payment transactions in accordance with company guidelinesProcessing employee expense reimbursement requests in line with company policiesParticipating in the annual budgeting process and monthly forecastingAssisting in the preparation for the external audit at the end of the fiscal yearDoes this position align with your career goals?
