This small, friendly legal firm is currently looking for an accounting technician or an accounting clerk to join its team, for a full-time or part-time position.Examples of tasksInvoicing of accounts receivableEntry of billable hoursCollection of unpaid accountsRecording of invoices and expenses of the practiceRecording and classification of financial transactions, preparation of reports, management of accounts receivable and accounts payablePayroll processing as neededWork closely with accountants and lawyers to ensure the smooth financial functioning of the firmAll other related tasksRequirementsFluency in oral and written FrenchRigour, discretion, attention to detail and excellent sense of organization and priority managementHold an accounting background: DVS, DEC or Certificate in AccountingWorking ConditionsSalary: between $38000 and $45000 per year depending on experienceWork schedule: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. or part-time 3 days a weekWorking mode: face-to-face only, no teleworkingBenefits: monthly Opus card and one week of paid vacation during the holiday seasonAre you looking for a new challenge in a place with a pleasant and dynamic atmosphere?
