Position Title: Safety Coordinator Department: Safety Location: Rosenort, MB The Opportunity The Safety Coordinator works closely with the supervisors, Joint Health and Safety Committee and floor employees. This position works to continually improve our safety awareness and performance. Responsibilities Complete and track all monthly inspections Complete monthly KPI’s and reporting Organize all safety training Coordinate emergency response drills Make safety recommendations as situations arise Chair health and safety meetings Assist in aligning safety policies/practices Update/create hazard assessments Complete safety investigations including finding root causes Follow up with safety action items Complete safety orientations Coordinate third party service (hygiene assessments, safety consultations) Qualifications High School Diploma Post‑secondary education in Safety is an asset Minimum 3 years health and safety experience Why AGI?
