Residential/shop Construction Foreman

Job Overview:
Are you tired of running your own construction business? We are seeking an experienced and skilled Foreman to join our construction team. Applicant must be well versed in both residential and shop construction. As a Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of construction projects. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site
- Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to project managers
- Manage and schedule subcontractors and laborers
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Collaborate with project managers to develop construction schedules and budgets
- Utilize construction management software for documentation and communication
- Provide guidance and training to construction crew members

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising construction projects
- Proficient in blueprint reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Familiarity with quality control procedures to ensure work meets standards
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members, subcontractors, and clients

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
