What You Are We’re looking for a world class COO, someone who can take big ideas and turn them into clear plans, disciplined execution, and measurable results. Your Mandate Operational Excellence & Scale Build an operating model that turns strategy into consistent, repeatable outcomes. Create company-wide planning frameworks, KPIs, and a healthy operating cadence. Build processes and controls that not only support our current multi-billion-dollar scale but position us for the next phase of growth. Financial & Business Discipline Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial operations in partnership with Finance. Embed P&L ownership across the business and drive sustainable revenue and margin growth. Optimize resources, capital, and organizational structure as we scale. Governance, Risk & Regulatory Alignment Elevate operational governance and risk management to institutional standards. Strengthen our capabilities across custody, payments, and stablecoin operations. Support regulatory and board discussions with clarity and rigor. Cross-Functional Leadership Align product, technology, finance, risk, compliance, and client-facing teams. What You Bring Experience & Expertise 12–15+ years in financial services, fintech, payments, custody, consulting, or scaled tech. Experience scaling an organization through fast growth or regulatory complexity. A track record of building strong systems for planning, operations, and governance.
