Junior HR Coordinator - Full-time, In-office - Montreal Office Fuze Logistics is a growing leader within the 3PL transportation space, with offices across North America. Fuze is quickly establishing themselves as a provider of choice across small mom & pop companies, all the way up to Fortune 500 companies. We are looking for an HR Coordinator who will be supporting our HQ office in various administrative and secretarial tasks, including coordinating and special projects. Responsibilities: Meet and greet office visitors. Manage office supplies. Schedule agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management. Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.). Maintain staff and company calendars. Reserve conference spaces for meetings. Notify and remind all parties of upcoming events, lunches, meetings etc. Participate in coordinating company events and celebrations. Track orders and maintain vendor relationships. Provide general administrative support. Provide assistance with special projects as required. Promote a positive office culture and a healthy and friendly working environment. Requirements: 1 year of previous working experience as an HR or Office Coordinator. BSc/Ba in business administration or similar relevant field. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills in both French and English (offices outside of Quebec). Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Multi-tasking aptitude. Proactive problem solver.
