Senior Security Manager specializing in cybersecurity with public sector experience to lead multiple

Our client is seeking a Senior Security Manager specializing in cybersecurity with public sector experience to lead multiple projects within a justice department (482)
Please note this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week on site in Edmonton
Required Experience
8+ years as a Project Manager or Operations Manager with the following experience:
Experience defining project scope and goals in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Experience developing project deliverables including project charters, business cases, briefing notes, status reports, risk logs and project closures.
Experience managing custom application development projects with at least 5 team members.
Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
Experience successfully implementing IT solutions in an environment with project resources from across multiple teams or organizations.
Experience working as a Project Manager on a large complex custom software application development project (where the software is developed in house for that specific organization) in an enterprise environment
Additional Requirements:
7+ years developing and maintaining positive stakeholder relationships across the organization, including executive level.
5+ years' experience leading project governance, change management and communication activities.
4+ years conducting, facilitating and interpreting impact and risk assessments across multiple scenarios.
4+ years creating and managing project forecast and actual budgets.
2+ years making decisions and recommendations on highly technical or complex issues without formal guidelines or precedents and exercises resourcefulness and ingenuity
3+ years' experience working in or for the public sector
4+ years' experience working with Mandated and Legislated Projects within short timelines.
4+ years' experience working with technical teams on complex IMT projects.
