**Job Title:** Cyber Security Lead for Financial Services

 

S.i. Systèmes is seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Analyst to spearhead the implementation of various cyber security projects for our esteemed financial client in Edmonton.

 

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cyber Security Analyst to lead and execute end-to-end cybersecurity projects focused on Identity Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and DNS Protection.

 

The ideal candidate will possess hands-on expertise in configuring and deploying cybersecurity solutions, working independently to drive initiatives forward, and coordinating with both local and international stakeholders to meet compliance requirements.

 

This position reports directly to the CIO and is designed to support our growth and expansion in Canada.

 

Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute cyber security initiatives, including technical implementation and configuration of IAM, PAM, EDR, DLP, and other security systems within a financial services context.

- Architect and configure security controls and best practices across key cybersecurity technologies to ensure robust security posture.

- Collaborate with stakeholders (local and international) to gather project requirements, define scope, and drive projects forward.

- Develop and enforce policies related to Zero Trust and Data Protection to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

 

Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in a senior cyber security role, with proven expertise in implementing IAM, PAM, and EDR solutions.

- Technical project leadership experience, capable of independently managing cybersecurity projects end-to-end, including architecting and configuring security systems.

- Strong hands-on skills in configuring IAM application connectors, EntraID, firewall rules, and network security protocols.

- Relevant certifications in cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CEH, OSCP)
