As the Health Industry Lead, you will oversee and drive our business initiatives within the healthcare sector, leveraging your extensive knowledge and expertise to advance our organization's mission in this critical field. You will serve as a senior leader, combining your knowledge of healthcare systems, business development, and delivery to deepen our impact and presence within health markets. This role demands a leader who can credibly represent our organization at the most senior levels across healthcare institutions, establish and strengthen relationships to generate new business, and shape innovative solutions that address the unique challenges and opportunities within the healthcare industry.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Strategic Leadership**: Lead the strategic direction for the healthcare industry, aligning business development and delivery efforts with organizational goals to drive market growth.
**Business Development**: Generate new business by positioning our organization as a trusted partner for healthcare solutions and supporting the growth of targeted accounts.
**Client Relationship Management**: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders in healthcare organizations, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
**Delivery Oversight**: Ensure we are delighting our clients in the delivery of our solutions and acting in an executive sponsor role for the most important client deliveries in the portfolio, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and project success.
**Industry Representation**: Are a credible, authoritative voice for healthcare initiatives, representing our organization at industry conferences, events, and forums to build and enhance our industry presence.
**Cross-Functional Leadership**: Work closely with sales, marketing, delivery, and product teams to design and implement solutions that meet industry sector requirements, promoting a cohesive approach to growth and service delivery.
**Thought Leadership & Advocacy**: Contribute thought leadership on healthcare trends, challenges, and opportunities, advocating for innovation and best practices that position our organization as an industry leader.
**What You Bring**:
**Proven Healthcare Expertise**: 10+ years of experience in leadership roles within the healthcare sector, with a strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and industry challenges.
**Leadership in Industry**: Recognized as a thought leader in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of driving results and forging influential partnerships.
**Business Development Acumen**: Demonstrated ability to generate leads, secure new business, and grow revenue in a healthcare context.
**Delivery Leadership Experience**: Proven leadership experience overseeing healthcare portfolios, ensuring successful outcomes and high levels of client satisfaction.
**Strategic Vision**: Proven experience in setting clear strategic direction aligned to organizational objectives, and inspiring teams to align and execute to deliver on strategy.
**Exceptional Communication Skills**: Superior executive communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex ideas and strategies to diverse stakeholders.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Proven ability to collaborate across functions, working with teams to deliver solutions that align with energy sector team strategy goals and constraints.
**Adaptability & Problem-Solving**: Agile in addressing shifting priorities, able to identify challenges, and resolve conflicts within complex public sector environments.
