Join Us:
We're hiring a full-time, in-office HR Manager to oversee HR functions and support office management in our Toronto Office. This position will collaborate closely with our Senior HR Consultant.

About You:
Seeking a skilled HR professional with office management experience.

Responsibilities:

HR Management:
Develop HR policies.
Manage employee relations.
Implement safety programs.
Lead recruitment efforts.
Coordinate training initiatives.
Conduct performance evaluations.

Office Support:
Maintain office procedures.
Manage supplies and upkeep.
Coordinate company events.
Foster team engagement.

Qualifications:
Degree in Business Administration or HR.
5+ years of HR experience.
CHRP designation preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment laws.
Proven HR and office management skills.
