Role Overview:


As the HR and Partnership Manager at Fractional HR Experts, you will be at the intersection of HR strategy and business development. This unique role involves managing HR operations while building and nurturing partnerships with organizations aligned with our values.

You will drive impactful HR initiatives, enhance employee experiences, and manage strategic collaborations that contribute to our growth. Your work will ensure that our clients receive best-in-class HR solutions while helping us expand our network of high-quality business partnerships.


Key Responsibilities:


  • HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR compliance.
  • Employee Experience: Develop and implement initiatives that enhance employee well-being, engagement, and development within our client organizations.
  • Talent Management: Support clients in building strong, diverse teams by offering tailored recruitment strategies, performance management programs, and leadership development plans.
  • HR Consulting: Provide clients with expert HR advice, addressing challenges related to organizational culture, employee relations, and talent retention.


Partnership Management:


  • Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with companies that align with our values and quality standards, enhancing our service offerings and expanding our reach.
  • Business Development: Work with the leadership team to develop and execute strategies that drive client acquisition and revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Collaborations: Manage ongoing relationships with partner organizations, ensuring collaborations are mutually beneficial and contribute to shared goals.
  • Brand Advocacy: Represent Fractional HR Experts at networking events, industry forums, and client meetings, effectively communicating our brand’s mission and values.


Qualifications:


  • Experience in HR management, business development, or partnership management, preferably within the HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition sectors.
  • Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, talent management strategies, and employee engagement best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish trust and rapport quickly.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, people, and driving positive impact.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; HR certification is an asset.
