Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d’un Gérant de district à Montréal, responsable pour gérer notre équipe de ventes dans la province de Québec. Le rôle est à temps plein et l’entrée en fonction est prévue immédiatement.

Le Gérant de district se rapportera au Directeur National des Ventes à Montréal et aura les responsabilités suivantes:
Gérer stratégiquement un district de ventes qui exigera 2-3 nuits par mois à l’extérieur deMontréal
Diriger l’équipe de ventes de la province de Québec, ce qui peut comprendre des gérants de territoire, des associés aux ventes et des spécialistes de produits; développer un environnement de travail d’équipe concentrée sur la performance
Travailler de manière indépendante dans le territoire pour augmenter les efforts de l'équipe de vente (ou couvrir les postes vacants), représente la direction de Keir Surgical auprès des clients et développer des relations de plus haut niveau avec les hauts fonctionnaires.
Responsable du recrutement et de la mise à pied de l’équipe des ventes du Québec; Appuie continue afin d’améliorer les performances individuelles des membres de l’équipe; participe à la formation initiale et à l’éducation continue de tous les membres de l’équipe de vente de la province.
Remplir les documents d'appels d'offres ; négocier les prix des appels d'offres et des opportunités de contrat ; élaborer des stratégies de prix en collaboration avec l'équipe de ventes pour les comptes individuels
Aider à l'élaboration, à l'interprétation et à la mise en œuvre des politiques de l'entreprise en ce qui concerne les ventes, les produits, les relations avec la clientèle et les procédures de bureau
Gérer de façon responsable et avec efficacité les dépenses de fonction
En tant que membre de l'équipe de gestion des ventes, vous devrez partager de l’informations sur les conditions du marché, les produits, le personnel, etc.
Se comporter avec intégrité et représenter professionnellement Keir Surgical en tout temps

Le candidat retenu devra posséder les compétences et l’expérience professionnelle suivante:
3+ années d’expérience en tant que Gérant de territoire dans ledomaine médical/chirurgical ; expérience en gestion sera considérée comme un atout mais pas comme une exigence
Bilinguisme impeccable tant parlé qu’écrit. La maîtrise de l'anglais est une condition requise pour la communication efficace avec les équipes internes à travers le pays, ainsi que certains clients
Attitude entrepreneuriale et un engagement total pour le service à laclientèle
Expérience en direction; volonté de guider et de former les autres
Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets tout en respectant lesdélais
Bonne connaissance de Microsoft Office Suite

District Sales Manager

Keir Surgical Ltd. is a Vancouver-based company that has been in business since 1923. Our mission is to be Canada's premier surgical products company, through a strong commitment to our customers, employees and products, pride in being Canadian, and adherence to a solid business strategy. We are seeking a Montreal-based District Sales Manager for full-time employment to lead our sales team in Quebec. This position is available immediately.

The District Sales Manager will report to the National Sales Manager (based in Montreal) and will have the following responsibilities:

Strategically manages a sales district with accountability for sales targets
Leads a district sales team which may include Territory Managers, Sales Associates, and Product Specialists; develops a team working environment with focus on performance
Oversees the recruitment and/or dismissal of the district sales team; provides coaching to improve individual team member’s performance; participates in the initial training and ongoing education of all members of the district sales team
Works within the district independently to augment sales team efforts (or cover off during vacancies), represents Keir Surgical management to customers, and to develop higher level relationships with senior officials
Completes tender documents; negotiates pricing for tender and contract opportunities; develops pricing strategies in conjunction with sales team for individual accounts
Assists with the development, interpretation, and implementation of company policies with respect to sales, products, customer relations, and office procedures
Manages expenses appropriately and makes efforts to reduce extraneous costs whenever possible
Participates as a member of the sales management team to provide feedback on market conditions, products, personnel, etc.
Conducts oneself and represents Keir Surgical ethically and professionally at all times; remains mindful of the Keir Surgical Mission Statement

Suitable candidates will possess the following skills and experience:
3+ years of related experience in medical/surgical sales with solid customer relationships; management experience will be considered an asset but not a requirement
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English & French. English language proficiency is a requirement for effective communication with internal teams across the country
Leadership experience; willingness to mentor and train others
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
