About the Role We’re looking for a driven Medical Sales Representative to lead our sales efforts and grow key relationships across the healthcare sector. If you have strong sales leadership experience, we’d love to connect. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute territory and account growth strategies Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing Analyze market trends and competitor activity to guide strategic direction Collaborate with marketing and operations to support customer needs Forecast sales performance and report on KPIs Oversee and maintain inventory levels for rentals and sales. Manage delivery and pick-up schedules to ensure timely, professional service. Handle customer inquiries and sales via phone, email, and online chat. Order products and parts from suppliers and track shipments. Maintain accurate records for orders, deliveries, and equipment maintenance. Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction. Qualifications 3–5+ years of medical device or healthcare sales experience (management experience an asset) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong understanding of medical device products, healthcare systems, and hospital procurement Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory Strong organizational and communication skills. Tech-savvy and comfortable using spreadsheets or inventory/order management systems. Customer-first mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
