This role is ideal for an outside sales representative with 1-2 years of B2B sales experience looking to enter the lucrative medical sales segment. This role is for people who excel in working in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment, are hunters and have a passion for cold calling for new business.
Description:
Candela is seeking a Field Service Representative from Toronto, Canada, to cover the Ontario Territory. The role is ideal for someone with two-plus years of experience outside sales looking to enter the aesthetics industry.
Essential Job Functions
Increase or maintain a high level of unit sales production every quarter.
Consult with medical professionals regarding product benefits to patients and ROI to practice.
Prospect and identify new account opportunities. Work in conjunction with Territory Manager to bring opportunities to closure.
Pipeline Development:
Maintain a specified dollar amount in qualified business every quarter.
Identify new accounts each quarter actively seeking to invest in new technology.
Schedule and execute product demonstrations of specialized products as required with the Territory Manager and Clinical Educator.
Present all Candela products in a compliant, professional, knowledgeable, ethical, and sincere manner.
Interact professionally with physicians, allied health care personnel, and/or other laser users.
Represent Candela at workshops, tradeshows, conferences, and conventions.
Support clinical efforts when necessary or practical.
Support sales and marketing by relaying essential competitive and/or clinical information.
Work with Territory Manager and Regional Sales Director to develop quarterly forecast objectives.
Knowledge/Educational Requirements
Education: BA/BS degree or higher preferred
Experience: 1-2 years of business-to-business selling in a related and unrelated industry, possessing a valid driver’s license and owning a vehicle.
