Our mission is to provide innovative, effective, and safe solutions to medical and aesthetic professionals worldwide.

We are expanding our North American sales team and seeking a motivated **Inside Sales Representative (Medical Devices)** to join our growing organization.

**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle inbound leads from marketing campaigns and qualify them effectively.
- Schedule and host Zoom product demos and presentations with medical professionals.
- Follow up consistently with prospects to move them through the sales funnel.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and activities in the CRM.
- Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions, including financing options.
- Collaborate with the sales manager and marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Qualifications**
- 2+ years of sales experience (inside sales, tele-sales, or account management preferred).
- Experience in **medical devices, aesthetics, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sales** is a strong asset.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong Zoom/virtual presentation skills.
- Demonstrated persistence and follow-up discipline.
- Highly organized with strong CRM usage and pipeline management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field preferred.
