Katig Solutions is hiring an experienced Medical Sales Representative
on behalf of a leading organization in the
healthcare industry
.

As a Medical Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in expanding and strengthening relationships with physicians, clinics, and hospitals throughout Ontario. You'll lead outreach initiatives, promote healthcare services, and serve as the key link between referring partners and the company — ensuring continued growth and success in a fast-paced and fulfilling environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with physicians, hospitals, pharmacists, and other healthcare providers to increase awareness and referrals.
- Strengthen existing referral relationships while actively pursuing new ones through consistent outreach and follow-ups.
- Develop and execute structured outreach strategies through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits across Ontario.
- Organize, attend, and represent the company at events, conferences, and meetings to promote healthcare services.
- Present solutions in a professional and persuasive manner, aligning service offerings with physicians' needs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent) of all calls, meetings, and referral activities for reporting and analysis.
- Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports outlining outreach efforts, conversions, and key performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to align referral strategies with broader company objectives and campaigns.
- Develop relationships with key opinion leaders such as family physicians, specialists, and healthcare agencies to strengthen referral networks.
- Distribute and manage promotional materials, information kits, and marketing assets to ensure timely availability.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with referral sources to ensure satisfaction and maintain engagement.
- Proactively identify and address gaps in service delivery or communication between referral sources and internal teams.
- Provide ongoing feedback to management regarding referral trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
- Support outreach and business development initiatives that drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
- Coordinate and schedule presentations, visits, and follow-ups with doctors and healthcare offices.
- Represent the company with professionalism, empathy, and respect — maintaining confidentiality and ethical practices.
- Stay informed about new healthcare trends, technologies, and market shifts to identify potential opportunities.
- Manage travel schedules efficiently and maintain accurate expense documentation.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure that referred patients receive timely and quality care.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs related to referral growth, outreach activity, and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Minimum of
10 years of sales experience
, preferably within the
medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare field
. - Strong background in relationship-based sales with proven success achieving or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle; must be willing to travel up to 70% of the time.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- Professional, articulate, and confident when engaging with healthcare professionals.
- Adaptable and solution-oriented with a high level of emotional intelligence and professionalism.
