Account Management Director

Account Manager’s primary focus is to manage successful advertiser relationships and help grow advertising partnerships and investments within our Walmart Connect business. They work cross-functionally with Sales, Ad Product, and Merchandising teams by building strategic campaigns through a deep understanding of the vendors' business objectives.
- Be responsible for building and expanding customer relationships, working both independently and collaboratively with the Client Partner.
- Execute tactical support requests for marketplace sellers, such as issue troubleshooting and data reporting.
- Handle escalations and resolve issues for advertisers through coordination across various functional areas of the company, including Ad Operations, Product, and Client Service.
- Demonstrate product features beyond central functionality to help advertisers achieve key business results.
- Use advertiser feedback, market insights, and internal data to contribute to the development of features and programs that enhance customer success.
