Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

OverviewWe’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Global North America retail team in Montreal or Toronto. By analyzing and optimizing operational data, you\'ll accelerate and improve our ability to make decisions by ensuring we have access to timely and accurate information. If you love digging into the root causes of problems, finding patterns, and working with multiple teams, then this is the role for you.ResponsibilitiesGather requirements and translate business problems into structured quantitative problemsBuild clear and insightful reports. Improve the Go-to-Market reports\' reliability, accuracy, clarity and production timeWork with functional departments to draw business insights from the analytical output, derive business recommendations, and present them through compelling data stories and visualizationsEnsure that the business processes in place enable accurate data integrity and put in place necessary corrective measures in a timely mannerCollaborate with our corporate data team to design accurate and relevant Go-to-market datasets, reports, dashboards, and analyses for operational and strategic initiativesSynthesize findings and extract key messages for core stakeholdersWork on ad hoc projects as assigned, such as assessment of new business activities or change of processQualificationsStrong business acumen and ability to translate business needs into data requirements2-5 years’ of experienceKnowledge of Looker or other BI tools like Tableau or Power BIExperience driving cross-functional outcomes, ideally with stakeholders such as IT, IS, GTM Ops, Sales and MarketingDistinctive analytical skills and passion for data with the ability to conduct data-driven analysis, turning it into actionable business insights, and experience building tools and dashboardsExperience working with Salesforce or other CRM systemsBachelor\'s degree in Finance, Business Technology Management, Statistics, Mathematics or any related fields, Business analyticsFluency in English as a working language is required for this positionWhat\'s in it for you? / BenefitsAbility to work in a flexible hybrid environment (3 days/week in office)Genuine career opportunities in a company that’s creating new jobs every dayWork in a team big enough for growth but lean enough to make a real impactLightspeed RSU program (we are all owners)Unlimited paid time off policyHealth insuranceHealth and wellness benefitsPossibility for transit fees to be coveredPaid leave assistance for new parentsLinkedIn LearningEqual OpportunityLightspeed is an equal opportunity employer and we are committed to creating an inclusive and barrier-free workplace.
